This property required a sympathetic renovation due to the age of the property. We lime plastered the walls in need of repair to let the building breathe whilst also replacing several windows. We undertook structural alterations of walls and installation of a crittal screen to the office. Structural repairs were required on the roof and a vaulted ceiling was created in the kitchen/living area. We repaired the fireplace, cleaned the chimney lining, applied a lime wash to the inside and installed a new wood burning stove. 

The bespoke British Standard kitchen was fit and painted in a bright turquoise blue in keeping with the clients bright and cheerful theme throughout the property. We installed new wiring throughout and a new electric heating system to replace the old plumbing. New flooring and painting/decorating was completed inside and out including the installation of new fascias and soffits. Bespoke shelving, bench seating and additions to the kitchen were carefully crafted to the clients specifications. Our favourite room of this project has to be the lighthouse bedroom!
